What Size Tent to Choose?

Trying to choose the correct size tent can seem like a complicated task when try to accomodate all your guests and party/special event needs.

Here is a "General Rule of Thumb" to help you decide how space you will need for you next party, special event, or fundraiser!

If you plan on seating people at your party-figured 10 square feet per person at banquet-style tables (8 people/long narrow tables). You can figure 15 square feet per person at round/octagon tables (8 people per table). If a cocktail party is more your choosing-calculated just 5 square feet per person.

If music/dancing is planned, try figuring 15 square feet per couple for your dancefloor. With these numbers as your guide, multiple the number of your guest by the various square feet formulas shown...PRESTO! You've just figured a grand total needed to service your guest and make them feel comfortable and right at home.

Finally, if you plan adding food/beverage tables to the mix-- just add 30 square feet for each table to your total.
